Customer Service this week in Japan
Morning Everyone
Its a hot summer in Japan. . . and I dont know if its the heat or what. . . BUT!
Recently I went to a Skin Doctor, Subway and Softbank.......
I was completely shocked by the level service and demeanor of the people helping
Perhaps it was me. . .
However never the less I hope to never treat any customer like this. . . NO MATTER their attitude or demeanor.
Subway - I ordered a Cheese Roasted Sub for myself and my friend (IN JAPANESE)
and we got a vegetable sandwich.... but the kicker is.
She asked twice what sauce??? and I said basil. But guess what! No Basil
. . .next I check and yes no Chicken
But no "sorry" no Sumimasen, no Gomenasai
anyway. . . .
it goes on. .. i dont want to complain but customers of PDR JAPAN.. please please tell me if you every get crap service. I will be sure this will never happen too you!

Line Board = Award Winning デントリペア
Morning. . . .
I have noticed a great many dent craftsmen in Japan. The work looks very impressive (in some cases), however I am curious how much of it is from camera angle and light positions
My experience with a fog light. . .i have found it has some direction but you are working with shadows and do not have the same clarity as you do with a LINE BOARD.

If you have a Dent Tech working on your car. . .. please considered what show more of the damage . . . A light and shadows? or lines mapping the area of damage?
